The VacDaddy does not have an established return policy. We prefer to hear your concerns and work with you to solve the issue as well as offer suggestions and training to help you understand and work with this new technology . Please contact us with your concerns and let’s get that VacDaddy working well for you! If we have done all we can to help you and you insist that it will not work for you and then we will ask you to return the VacDaddy in it’s original packaging, clean and in good working condition. We reserve the right to charge for any damages beyond normal wear and tear, plus a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be in the form of a check, issued after the returned item has been inspected. There will be no refunds for used VacDaddy units after thirty days of purchase and receipt of the product.
